ilyware offers a like guarantee!
If you are not happy with your purchase then you can return it to me in the original condition and packaging. I can swap it for a same priced item or return your money. Please read about it on the like guarantee page.
Orders over £30 have free delivery at our standard 3-day service. If you want to have your order earlier you can choose to upgrade delivery service at the checkout.
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. If you have a particular requirement – please email me, I want to accommodate you!
IMPORTANT Please remember: these items are all handmade. Therefore, all orders are processed in the order that they are received. We ask for an allowance of 5 working days to finish making the handbag / purse before we then dispatch within 2 working days. We are trying to also be eco minded so we don’t have a lot of stock laying around.
There is an option on the handbag pages to upgrade this to a priority service if you are in a rush… late birthday gifts and all that 😉
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days. During busy times if your order is more than a few items we may contact you to get a delivery date.
Also note, due to the nature of handmade items please allow a sizing discrepancy of ~ 1-2 cms.

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Each and every item is quality checked before it leaves our premises.
We use Royal Mail’s second class post for saver service orders.
* Our saver delivery service for postage and packaging costs just £2.50 as a flat rate.
After we have posted your order, saver parcels are most often delivered within 2-4 days but have been known to take over a week. There is no guarantee of delivery time with a standard item. If you must have your order within 5 working days we would advise using the express service.
We use Royal Mail Tracked or DPD courier for express service orders. A signature is required on delivery when DPD is delivering, and the parcel can be tracked.
* Our express delivery service costs £8.50.
We will dispatch express service orders next working day unless we have a query which cannot be resolved immediately.
Express orders are sent on a 24 hour tracked delivery service to almost all UK mainland addresses. A signature is not usually required for smaller orders if a signature is required for the order and you are not in when it is delivered a card will be left with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
* Signed for Royal Mail, is for 1-day delivery and costs £5.00, we aim to dispatch the next day.
If a handbag you want to purchase is on back order I will let you know. If you’re ordering a handbag/product to be made then please allow up to 2 weeks to process this order. I will make the items in the order that I receive them. If there is a rush or occasion that you are wanting the items sooner, then please email me and we can discuss your requirements.
I will let you know when the order is complete and ready to ship. If the wait time is longer than 2 weeks I will delist the option to back order the item, this way there shouldn’t be a longer than 2-week wait for the purchase.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
I offer a one-month warranty with all handbags sold in case there is a fault. If you believe there is a fault with the item, then please contact me and I will repair the damage should it have been caused by my original sewing. Contact me within one month of delivery.
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

Cancellation is available if the item has not been shipped and if it is not a made to order product.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
